Club must be doing alright because...

Club must be doing alright because they keep remodeling the inside. Haven't been in a few months and was amazed by how different it looked inside. They moved the DJ booth over to where the massage room used to be which is where the old lapdance area use to be. Now they have more room for seating where the old DJ booth use to be. The stage is more rectangular now, lacking the odd zig-zag seating pattern it use to have. The bar appears to be new as well, vastly more illuminated than before.

As for the girls, I must say I'm disappointed. A few years ago this place was a hidden little gem with a lot of very attractive women. Now, they're only so-so. I don't know where a lot of the old school K2U girls have gone, but they are sorely missed and, apparently, not very easily replaced. The crowd is very casual. Appear to be a lot of regulars and it seems like you stick out if you're not one. Girls tend to congregate at the bar, especially near the stairs, and just talk with the bartender and the same guys all night. Which is fine by me if I just want to have a few drinks and watch a game and not be hassled. You have to take the initiative if you want a dance and either approach her when she's on stage or when she's enjoying a drink at the bar. Which is another thing, if you don't catch them on stage, you might not see that girl again until her next set. Where do they all go? I picture a bunch of them just chilling in the dressing room in front of the mirrors, smoking cigarettes, and talking about their jerk boyfriends or something. You'll be very lucky to see any more than 3 or 4 girls that are accessible, mingling with the customers. The lapdance area is downstairs, but I know they're not all doing dances as soon as they get off the stage.

Still, though, a cozy little place out in the middle of nowhere to enjoy a few drinks, watch a game, and enjoy some (emphasis on some) hot looking girls. Terrific potential. However, a few years ago this place had achieved #1 status in RI in my eyes (and lap).
