Went on a weeknight, at about 7pm. There were about 7 girls in the room when I got there, and only other guys. Three of the girls were hot, the other four were average. Two of the good looking ones stopped by my table, one at a time, and talked for about four or five songs before asking if I wanted a dance. Both stayed at the table with me for several songs after a private dance. No pressure, very friendly. The dancers seem happy here. There seems to be a lot of silicone enhancement, rather than natural endowment, if that matters to you. It is a nice, clean place. Can't compare it to others in the area, but definitely worth the short drive from Chicago for a lot more mileage than you would get in the city.
