I went to Scarletts during the daytime. Man what a difference it is in woman. They we extra nice and very clean looking. I have been to many clubs in my day, I have to say this is far most the best club in Tampa by far. Had to throw my 2 cents in. BTW I had a dance with Candy, this Brazilian girl. WOW!! is all I have to say. Highly recommended!!!!
