Went on a Tuesday night. This was my first time in Portsmouth, so i wasn't sure what to expect. I guess this place was as good as most alcohol-serving bars in Virginia, but that's not saying much.

Cover was $3. There are two entrances, one to "Headlights", which serves only beer and has one long stage where two girls danced at a time, and the other entrance is to "JB's", where they serve liquor and have one smaller stage. The girls and customers move between both establishments. Strange, but whatever.

Either way, the girls who were there on this night ranged from 5's to an 8. Some girls were leaving when i arrived at 11:30pm, and one of them looked as though she might've been a 9.
