A couple of Saturdays ago I went to Desire about 5 PM. This place has so much potential, but unfortunately it's almost too low key. There were about 10 dancers, all but 2 were 7+, a couple of 10s and one or two 5-.

The club itself is very clean and well laid out - lots of tvs, two very large projection screens, and two bars.

I'm beginning to think this is a regulars only club. Most of the dancers were sitting with customers and had drinks in front of them. Except for the smoking area, they never left their companions' sides. In the close to hour I was there no one, zero, went for private dances. The best dancer, a hot natural-chested blonde (not sure if that was natural....) was called from her seat to the stage, did her 3-song set and bee-lined back to her regular. Not a single dancer approached me for a dance, or even looked around to see if anyone was interested.
