This club remains the hardest hit by the new rules in El Paso, but I gave it another chance and had a very good visit. The only reason for the positive change was that one of my favorites was back, and she did not let the changes have any negative effect on our time together. The ridiculous "30 dollars per non-nude dance" was not a factor, and the experience was amazing. I realized how much I had missed her! She's almost never there, so I won't give the club any higher than a 7 for now. Most of the dancers are in a completely different mode of operation at Jaguars these days, and the typical visit to Jags is probably relatively lame as a result. But anything's possible, if luck is on your side...
