I was stunned to see a rating of 10 for Centerfolds. In fact, because I know places can have off nights, I went on 2 different occasions in the past month and a half to make sure I wasn't being overly harsh. Once is an off night--twice is a trend.

I will admit there are pretty woman but the arcane policy for dances--no contact whatsoever and basically a line drawn between you and the dancer while she's doing a "lap dance" (or air dance I should call it)--makes for an expensive evening. I don't think the value is there. You are not even able to tip the dancers by putting money in their garter-- a bouncer collects the money you place on the stage. The folks working there were very friendly, the woman were attractive, and their attitude was fine but...it just lacks the "value" I've gotten much more for for my money heading south to The Foxy Lady in Providence, RI. Centerfolds is one of the only places left in the city of Boston--so I give them credit for still being there (and it's far more classy than the Glass Slipper). Still, compared to Miami or Vegas..or even Providence, it just is WAY behind. it's too bad Boston can't do better.
