Its been a couple of years since I last visited Mardi Gras, this wasn't my first choice, but my buddies who I was in town visiting stated this is the only place they would go. From my previous experiences with MG when I lived in town I wasn't expecting much.

We had discount passes that were half off so cover was $5 to get in on a Wed. night. The club seemed just how I remembered: raised front stage, two rear mini stages in front of back bar, raised left hand landing with side stage and show bar stage. For a Wed. it was quite busy in my opinion, the bathroom porter confirmed it was getting busier and had been dead for hours prior. The clientèle looked like mostly <40 professionals, only super thugs encountered were a small group later in the evening, a handful of couples were in as well. We received prompt drink service at the table we chose and started to survey the scene.

I estimate there was maybe 20 girls working on the night. We got our drinks right as they were having a lineup and dance special deal they seem to do at all clubs. I didn't catch what the special was, but I would guess it was 2 for 1 type of deal. We decided to pass on getting dances right off the bat. Being lucky enough to get most of the girls lined up right when we rolled in I got to really compare and contrast. I must admit the overall quality of girls was better than I remembered, even though I am picky I only noticed once complete dog out of the lot. I would say most of the girls were in the 6-8 range, with three noticeable 9s. There was also one who was a absolute 10, but 75% of the canvas was covered in tats, which doesn't float my boat, but there seemed to be plenty of guys after her.
