Really nice club! Met up with a friend at 7:00 pm on a Thursday just to visit and check out eye candy. There were 4 dancers doing 3 song sets on 2 stages when we arrived. At around 8:00 pm they opened a third stage and by 10pm there were 7 girls working the three stages. No cover charge and I don't think there ever is. The service was prompt and friendly with a hot waitress who recommended the rib-eye steak, which I ordered. With baked potato and a huge salad it was under $10 and was excellent. The music was the lowest in volume of any club I've experienced and included a lot of New Age tunes like Sade and Enigma. I'm not sure why, but the club was not so thick with smoke, even though it was very busy. Club 205 has the greatest stages I've seen. They have 2 full octagonal pole stages and another side stage with 5 sides and no pole. Row lights inside each stage provide ample illumination. What's so cool is that the tip rails are made of slab granite and are about 28 inches wide. This provides ample space for the dancers to perform a close up individualized experience for each person at the rail.

Of the total 11 dancers I saw on this visit, they ranged from 6 to 10, but mostly in the 7 to 8 range. The quality of performance varied widely. Some of the girls, especially the day-shift dancers apparently thought that just taking your clothes off and wiggling a pair of grossly augmented boobs around a customer was sufficient. Others put their hearts into great pole trick routines and very energetic individualized experiences for everyone at the tip rail. It paid off too, as the energetic girls received much more attention and tips. It appears that the dancers make almost all their money from stage dancing. There is a small area opposite the stages past the bar labeled for private dances, however I did not see anyone getting a private dance and the girls do not solicit.

I really like to visit with dancing girls and for the most part at Club 205 it seemed like when the girls weren't on stage they simply vanished back to the dressing room. While I don't like being hustled for private dances, I do tip girls better who make an effort to socialize. When you know a girl better and you've had a few laughs, it definitely pays off with tips. I totally recommend Club 205 and I will be back again. The girls are mostly hot and as far as the entertainment value for the money, it's hard to beat.
