I was in Vegas for CES 2008 and of course, had to find something to do to fill the evenings. A friend and I finally settled on going to Little Darlings becuase he was sure he wanted full nudity (no alcohol, btw) and not just topless. Being our first time at a Vegas strip club, I thought one of the bigger clubs might be more interesting to try and we planned on hitting Spearmint Rhino later that night. We got to Little Darlings around 8pm and it was pretty busy at about 2/3 capacity I would guess. $25 each to get in with unlimited soda drinks. This is a Deja Vu affiliated club and while it wasn't huge or fancy, it seemed clean and well laid out. There is a big emphasis on pole dancing as the main stage has 3 of them that go about 20 feet up to the ceiling with the front pole having bearings on it for some pretty impressive spin rates with the right dancer wrapped around it. There is a second, much smaller stage also with a pole in the middle of the room. The nice thing about that stage is how close you are to the action. They weren't using that stage until much later in the night when some broken glass caused some problems on the main stage. More on that later...

My friend and I both took our first dances on the 'bed'. (2 for $40) When they say bed, imagine a 4 foot wide upholstered mattress pad inclined like a pool lounge chair. They dance over/on you and it's pretty cool for a change up though it may not be as comfortable for some. My friend was VERY happy with his mileage and I thought mine was pretty good as well, but nothing of that Vegas legend. A short while later we found out (along with many of the dancers) that we happened to show up on the night of the Deja Vu Showgirl of the year 2008 finals. We ended up staying until 4am :P (And no, we didn't go to SR afterwards) So we ended up watching 10 finalists compete in Pole dancing, Lap Dancing and then each put on a feature dance. It was during the last feature dance that some glass broke on stage and they took forever to clean it up. We ended up not staying for the final announcement (STILL dont know who one but I'll bet it was Taylor) because it was taking forever and we were wasted from the crowd, noise and time. (It took a LONG time between features to change out for the next performer)

Anyway - obviously our time there was skewed by the fact that the show was there, but I got dances from 5 different girls and I think I got a decent taste of what is usually available at the club.
