"Blush" is not a particularly easy...

"Blush" is not a particularly easy club to describe. I stopped in on a recent Saturday night, fairly late, and the place was quite bustling with activity. To start with, there is NO WAY this place should charge a $12 cover, plain and simple. The quality of the dancers is simply not worth it. But it is conveniently located in downtown Pittsburgh, easy to get to, plenty of parking lots around, and particularly handy when coming from any sporting events - I suppose that's how they justify it. Quality of the dancers is quite uneven - some beauties and good personalities, and some ladies who should look for other employment. Management doesn't seem too discriminating in terms of hiring. Nude with alcohol service is still relatively new in the 'Burgh, and it seems quite popular (as it should, and it should not be otherwise in any other location!). Lots of folks seemed to be milling around, but there also seemed to be a lot of regulars at the bar carrying on long and detailed conversations with the girls, a sure way to deter business unless you happen to be one of those regulars. Private dances are available, and are at least somewhat private, for what that may or may not be worth.
