Decided to visit IS after reading reviews here. Not disappointed at all. I frequently travel to Chicago and will definitely go back.

Cab fare from Downtown Chicago should be ~ $35.00 metered. Make sure to print directions from the IS website. It's fairly easy to get there.

The facility is superb. Very clean, high class atmosphere. The staff is great, very attentive and helpful.
