Because of the unpredictability of this club and the fact that it is rather cramped. I'm not able to give this place a 10. On its best night it is a 10, on its worst it can be 5 or below. Strongly suggest that if you like the sistas you come here. There are on the good nights at least 3 or 4 Dimes strolling the place. there is not alot of room or a lot of girls as many larger clubs but I tell you if you walk in there on the right night it will be on. I mean a few of these girls are off tha chain with the LDs and if they are good and juiced they will forget some of the rules (if you know what I'm sayin). Drink prices are a steal. Mileage from hell-it can be scary at times LOL. The Hood is right outside the door but if you mind your business its not that big of a deal. Piccadily to me by far is the preimminent black strip club in Philly.
