While Wash Park overall seems to be in a state of flux -- w/ Chameleon closing and the new clubs seemingly in search of an identity (as they teeter, from what I can tell, between extras and tease-only) -- it is good to know, I guess, that there are some things you can count on. Miss Kitty remains a decent destination in its own moldy way, with dependable, fairly high mileage stage dances and very high-mileage backroom laps if you don't mind the distraction of the overly-visible main floor. My last visit, all of the dancers were either: black, with great bodies, and average faces; or older (40+), white, decent bodies, providing take-out offers. That is pretty much Ms. Kitty's in a nutshell, in my book.
