Well, as with anything on the block, it's all about what you want out of a club experience. Lust is unique among the block clubs (not counting hustler of course) in that it's really more about the show than a block-type experience. And the show is good. The dancers are just a step below the Hustler club in attractiveness, maybe a slight bigger step in dancer skill. But they do have some advantages - it's not as fancy, probably not as expensive overall, and there's no cover.

However, it's not really a block bar as far as anything else goes. The dancers I spoke with definitely offered ladies drinks and / or lapdances. But they also made it fairly clear that that's all would be going on - conversation at the bar, or an actual lapdance. And if that's what you're in the market for, it's a fine place to go, although I still think the actual lapdance clubs in the area would be a much better place for that sort of evening.

On the plus side though, it was very low pressure, and the dancers would come around and actually talk to you for a few minutes before the bartender would ask you to buy them a drink. That was quite different from the name / where do you live / what do you do for work / please buy the lady a drink conversation of most block places.
