Got a chance to revisit. Like I said earlier, this does seem to be a younger, party-type bar; certainly not your traditional Block bar. For good and bad. I did get upstairs for one(only one, first and last) LD from a Block veteran. After she was seated on my lap, I was promptly informed, "No touching. House rules." This is Baltimore; what do you mean "No touching"?

I thought, for the most part, the girls were not overly friendly. They seemed to have their favorites. Who needs it?

Is this an attempt at being a "Gentleman's Club"? I don't care how good looking, or how naked the girls are, but I can't give an unfriendly, "No touching", "Gentleman's Club" anything higher than a 4, at very best.
