Visited Columbia on a Saturday afternoon along with a buddy from Charlotte, and after a trip to Manifest Discs we stopped first at Heartbreakers (later winding up at Platinum Plus, see separate review) right at 4pm, the beginning of happy hour.
Look...whenever you pay $3 cover charge and $2 beer, you're bound to have a good time, right?
