I am a local and I am sad to say this is one of the best that Rochester has to offer. It is on a main drag, surrounded by car dealerships, in a one story building. The parking is pretty good, and the area around it is not seedy at all. If you arrive before 6, you will not need a cover on most nights. I went on Halloween night, hoping that the place would be a little more lively, but it was dead as usual.

I am a breast man, and Klassy Cat is very disappointing. I did not see a single woman above a B Cup. The dancers seem bored and act like they are going through the motions and only one had any kind of nice costume on.

The drinks have gone up in price lately, and gone down in quality. It seems fairly clean, but very seedy. I did not get a dance as none of the girls were engaging, and just sitting watching TV. I would usually say I would not come back here, but it is one of the only options with in reasonable driving distance.
