The first time I stopped in this place it was the equivalent of watching a garage band. It was a garage strip club: luan stage, folding cafeteria chairs borrowed from the Joliet prison, and a beaded curtain from the San Francisco Goodwill store.

But now it's a palace, mate! With columns and everything.

The girls are happy to be there it seems, and they don't pressure you, they're just friendly and doing their gig.
