I struck out in Lawrence, so, being from out of town I ended up here because it is visible from I-70. This place is mediocre. I agree with many of the previous reviews - not a lot of talent here. Usually when I arrive at a club, I'll sit at the edge of the room with a drink until I see a dancer that compels me to move in for a closer look; here, there wasn't any dancer I thought worth a closer look until the fifth or sixth one took the stage. And since they do three song sets, this was almost an hour after I arrived.

The one who got my attention was a tall, thin blonde. She was a bit older than she appeared from a distance, but attractive. When I gave her a tip at the rail, she grabbed my head and rubbed it on her stomach, right under her belly button. Explicit, but not necessarily erotic. After she left the stage, she came to sit with me. A few other reviewers have described her: very reserved in conversation, other than about dance prices, but willing to sit with you until you agree to go for a VIP. VIP is $10 for wristband to VIP room, and $20 per dance. (There was also a Champagne room, something like $40 for 30 min and $80 for 60 min, with a pretty hefty tip - $250 to $300, I think - to the dancer.) She was also willing to be blunt about what was permitted in VIP - touching everywhere but downstairs.

I went to VIP for four dances. They were good enough to keep me interested, and I had spent too much time on the road that day to go home without having a little fun. Also, I talked to her some more in VIP before the dances started, and she started to warm up to me a bit. It was a good reminder that these ladies are people just like the rest of us, and sometimes they need to have someone who will listen to them and who will tell them they are appreciated.
