I was in the area with a little time and decided to stop and check the place out. This is a neighborhood bar that is trying to make so extra money with "dancers" doing shows. The "stage" is a 5X5 platform with a brass pole. This could be classified as a dive, except for the quality of the dancers. While there were only three on the afternoon I went (5/25) two of the three were very good dancers and should have been at other clubs. Kennedy should be commended for the quality of pole tricks, given the size of the stage. The bartender and dancers are very friendly and there is no pressure. I was there for an hour before one even mentioned private dances, and I had been talking to her for 30 minutes. The dance was $10, all air, with too much distance for my taste, but her personality made up for it. Turns out we have several mutual friends. I will be stopping by when I'm in the area. I drank for over 2 hours in some fun company, and it didn't cost me my paycheck.
