First, I have to preface the review by saying Mobile is my hometown. Thus, I look at Mobile as Mobile... a nice place, just a little up tight (smile). Diva's is not the world's best strip club... hell for that matter, it isn't even the highlight in Mobile. It is small, with a strange stage and seating arrangement (-1). The private dances are centered around you buying a champagne (something I detest) and let's be for real...$150 for a conversation is a bit much, no (-2)? However, I suffer the conversational cocktails ($25) for something to do some nights (-1).

The bartenders, Angela (a little pixie who looks like Natlie Portman) & Raven (a dead ringer for Christina Ricci) keep me amused & lubricated with generously poured libations when I go there (+1). The dancers range on looks & bodies on the lower end of the scale (i.e. proverbial single moms) & there are 1 or 2 that tip the mid to upper range (based on a 1-10 scale). My bartenders look out for me & warn me of the bad apples. If you go to Diva's looking for a supremely erotic encounter... you may come up lacking or you may have an encounter worthy of a Penthouse Forum write-up; such is life. If you go there to see some tits & have a cold one, then you most likely will not be disappointed. When I am home & bored, it is a good place to go to break the boredom. Since I am familar with the personnel & managment, Diva's gets a higher rating than it should... this is all subjective, right (smile)??
