Very similar to the nearby Boulevard...

Very similar to the nearby Boulevard Strip (see my review there). Same price, same formula, same everything except: the ground floor is the bar and it is surprisingly visible from the street considering that there are many scantily clad girls hanging around in it. The theatre is downstairs. Unlike Boulevard you can take a drink into the theatre but there is no pressure to buy a drink. Decor of the bar is quite good but the theatre is also a little shabby.

Sometimes, I think that the girls are a bit better than Boulevard and sometimes I don't. I guess that there is just some random variation in both cases so it is luck.

You can go out and come back which is good. This is also true at Boulevard but I forgot to mention it. This increases the value of the entrance fee.
