I was working in Ecuador and had to stay in Quito overnight before catching a flight home. One of the people I was working with recommended Vibraciones with a warning to leave my credit cards in the hotel safe. Told me to take a cab, all the drivers know where the place is.

Previous reviews are correct. This place has more neon lights than Broadway. The $3.00 admission gets you your first drink (not watered down) and then you're on your own.
