Visited SSS Wednesday evening about 9:00 p.m. and stayed for a couple of hours. After 8PM the upstairs bar and stages are opened and more dancers are available than the day shift. This is a BIKINI Bar and that's the norm for Rockford. There are some chances to tip at the rail and get some incidental touches in the exchange. If you wanna see skin, this is not your stop.

It was "Way back Wednesday" and after I paid a $3 cover I went upstairs to begin my rounds of $4.50 beers. The DJ was playing "Ol Skool Music" from the 70's and 80's which beats rap, metal and country for my listening pleasure. I found some musicians at the bar and we had great discussions while downing beers and shots. I was quickly hounded by a young petite dancer who staked me out as a new face with possible $$ to spend. She would leave to dance the 3-stage rotation and return afterwards. She did not ask me for drinks or a dance but let me know that she would be leaving early, if I chose to dance with her. (I did)
