Decided to take a cab ride...
Decided to take a cab ride to check this place out from my center city hotel on a business visit to Philly last Thursday, 9/27. I wanted to compare it to the other Club Risque in Bristol, PA. I guess I picked a good night as it was "Back to School" night. There must have been 50 dancers, each was doing a two song set on the stage behind the bar, and they were alternating every song, one new one as one left. I did not see a repeat for at least 1 1/2 hours. 2-3 satelite stages were in use as well. The talent ranged from 6-9, maybe even a 9.5! After each dancer left the stage, they go around the inside of the bar for tips, as stated on previous reviews, but on this night the parade was constant since they were changing dancers every song. The extras were mingling in the bar area seeking private dances, so that was fairly constant also. The private dance area is somewhat secluded, has a love seat sized couch in each cubicle, and I had a fairly good contact session. There was a bouncer present, but he did not bother anyone. This was also the night the Phillies tied the Mets in the NL East race, so the place went wild when the game ended, since it was on the large screen TV at the end of the bar. It should be noted that PA removed the pastie restriction where alcohol is served, so this place is now "topless". There are other PA clubs that continue with the pastie rule. Overall, a great time! I think the Bristol location may have better private dances with more contact, but I did not sample enough to give a fair comparison.
