At Fantasia, it all depends on what dancers are there and how well you get along with them. If the right dancers are there and they like/trust you, you can have a really good time. If not, you will be very frustrated if an intimate time in the VIP is what you are looking for. Now seems to be a leaner period as far as how many dancers are a wise choice, but there are some girls there who will make it worthwhile. To the reviewer who chose Passion, my experience was the same. She stops being seductive in any way the second she notices your "interest" is rising, and the rest of the dance is all air. Fairly typical of the younger dancers when they first start out. The ones who stick around a while generally have figured out what will keep their customers coming back for more and are willing to provide it for a nice tip or they only try for VIP's with less experienced customers who don't know what to expect and don't know what they're missing.

The way you get from the club downstairs to "Sugars' upstairs has changed. Technically they are two separate businesses, with only Fantasia holding a license from the ABC board, so now you may no longer enter Sugars from inside the club downstairs. Instead, there is an new exit out of Fantasia that is adjacent to a new stair case on the back of the building leading up to Sugars. There is a bouncer who escorts you and the dancer since you are out in the back parking lot for a few steps. Otherwise everything upstairs is the same. You pay the attendant for the room (40/2 songs, 80/5 songs, 120/half hour). You leave your metal objects, cell phones, etc in a basket. The attendant wands you to check for metal objects and then you enter a small room with a couch and a closed door. Choose the right dancer and make sure you are on the same page regarding tip levels before you go up and you can have a very good time.
