As far as working there, the money is good. But if you're not on the night shift, you're treated like a second class citizen. Go in during the prime time hours (9pm-3am) and you'll find 300 or more girls but 10 or less will be black. They throw as many black girls as possible on the 3am shift or days. A girl doesn't have to be hot looking to be on nights. There are some unattractive girls working nights because of who they know.
