I swung by...

I swung by Mickey's on Wed afternoon about 4PM. The place was jumping, with very few unoccupied seats at the bar or on the floor. There was continuous stage dancing as always, but the boisterous crowd seemed more interested in shooting pool and shouting over each other at the bar than in watching the entertainment. As I tipped one lady on stage (her only tip), she rolled her eyes and said that the shift seemed like it had lasted a hundred years. Normally that kind of remark would put me off, but in this case I could understand her point.

There have been furniture upgrades in the lap dance rooms. The old worn couches have been replaced with comfy chairs, and large artificial plants placed between them for privacy. A welcome improvement.

Competition for the lap dance room has been a problem in the past, but not today. I had hot dances from Nicole and Renee. My favorite of the day was Raquel, whom I hadn't met before. I had six wonderful dances from her. Fortunately she had to stop to go on stage, or I would have taken out a second mortgage and would still be there.

This visit rates really low on general ambiance. Still, the ladies did their best to raise the bar in the lap dance room, so we'll average it out to a 7.
