The new laws are in effect in El Paso, so the dancers at Cabaret wear fuller panties over their g-strings, and keep their nipples covered with latex (or just don't take off their tops). That would tend to drive the rating down to the cellar; however, I found that the usual FS goodness is still readily available, without any haggling or negotiation. It was amazing, actually. The ladies who remain here are intending to make as much money as they can, and are working hard for it.
