Visited Vic's last week, on a Wednesday. Got there around 5:50, which I know is late, but the place was hoppin'. No cover, $5 beer, and lovely ladies! It's a decent-sized establishment: not huge but not one of those hole-in-the-wall, nowhere-to-sit places. Paradise, China White, and a host of other beauties came by for $10 laps and offered more (takeout). I eventually chose not to partake of the more, but had a great time and left happy. There seems to be an ongoing question of how late the place is open; at least that day, it was open until 7PM. As a lily-white dude, I never felt the least bit uncomfortable in the place; I was a tiny bit apprehensive going in, as there are always a bunch of guys hanging around outside, but nobody even glanced at me.
