I made a stop into Sonny's this past weekend. I felt like I was in a different club, they've done a pretty extensive remodel. They got new carpeting, new chairs, extended the bar, moved the $20 dance area (to the area that used to be the dancers dressing room), got rid of the tables around the stage (replaced by stage side seating), the bar stools along the front wall have been replaced with bench type seating, I really liked it, job well done, props out to the management for making the changes. The quality of the girls was still a mixed lot though, there were several who should be looking for another line of work but also several that will keep me coming back for more. I'll miss the booths for the $20 dances as it does seem that some of the privacy factor is lost but on the bright side I have grown fond of the 3 for $100 VIP room, the dances there are pretty good with the right dancer. If you're in the area I would definitely recommend a visit.
