This place is definitely overrated. I stopped in last Friday night for a visit. The cover is $12. The bracelet to get access to the lapdance area is $7. A beer is $6. So you are out $25 before anything happens. Then it turns out that there are two types of girls--those who give massages and have access to the champagne room--for which the quoted charges are simply out of sight. The regular dancers also can take customers to the champagne room, for similar charges, but do most of their business in the large lap dance area, to which access is gained by the aforementioned bracelets. The dancers were okay--ranging from 5-8--but with conspicuous restrictions on contact on LDs. I tried four different girls--none was terrible, none was terrific. Mediocre is the word. Given the overall rating that Mario's has, I was certainly hoping for something better. Let's put it this way: Electric Blue, an hour or so away down I-84 in CT is vastly superior in milage. But of course, YMMV.
