A buddy of mine and I hit this club last Saturday night(8-18-2007). As I've stated before, being from the south, there are certain expectations that come with a nude strip club. One expectation is that the honies make the booty pop, snap, and clap. The other expectation is - and this may come as a shocker to some - that the dancers actually get nude (what a concept). At the Play Pen, it advertises nude dancers, but it should say "optionally nude" dancers. While I was showing love (tipping) to one of the dancers who was doing her thing, I mentioned the that reason why she was getting my dollar bills was that she was willing to handle her bidness. To that she responded, and I paraphrase, "Yeah, folks up in here forget that this is actually a STRIP club." That's too bad because there are some others that could have made some dough if they actually got nude, because they were smokin' and had "twerkability". Oh well such is life I guess. I guess the good thing is I saved some dough for another booty club visit elsewhere.

As far as the ladies went, it was mostly persons of color (Flava as I like to say), but most of them were on the young side (say 18 to 24) and/or could have used a few more biscuits/conrbread with their collard greens and pinto beans. Sadly, the few that had that good ham hock or could nurse few babies were the ones just just went topless with "optional nudity".
