I dropped in to "2001" recently....

I dropped in to "2001" recently. (It seems very odd to me that they haven't changed their name, since the year 2001 ended about 6 years ago. I wonder how long it will take them to figure this out). This place is touted as the Best Nude Club in Tampa for four years in a row (2003,2004,2005,2006). However, I agree with the comment below by "bowlingball", because I wonder who is doing the voting!

I arrived around 1630 on a weekday afternoon. Cover charge was $6, but the first beverage (non-alcoholic) is included in this fee. At 1700 (5 pm) the cover charge goes up. However, they do give a discounted cover to military guys, so that is a good thing.

During the rotation, the girls go up and do a standard 3-song set. The good news is that they actually do strip down to the skin. (I have been to other clubs, where the strippers forget to disrobe). I met several interesting girls at this club. Tori is a 21 year old mom with a young daughter. She has a cute little c-section scar that smiles at you from her lower tummy region. Cally is a very cute blonde from Ohio. She is fun to talk with, and she has a very attractive body. Sarah is a skinny little thing who uses lots of PRESSURE to try and get you into the back room. Alyssa is chubby, and she blocks out the light when she walks past your table, but some guys like to see some extra meat on the bones.
