My girlfriend and I went to Mario's the other night. This was my girlfriend's first trip to a strip club. We had a great time and she was so comfortable there that we are looking forward to going back. The club is very couples friendly. We were one of probably 5 different couples in the club. The girls dancing were very attractive and some of which were great performers. Because we were there as a couple, there was absolutely zero pressure for things like lap dances. As for the guys who were there as part of a group of guys or alone, they certainly were being asked about lap dances quite frequently. Mario's is certainly a place where a couple can feel welcome and have a blast. The stage is set up in a "U" shape and it is surrounded on both sides with chairs. There is a section more towards the back where there are tables. The view from the tables is just fine, provided there aren't a bunch of people standing in front of you, blocking your view. That did happen a couple times but quickly moved out of the way. For couples new to this experience, sitting at the tables to start is the best move. If you both feel comfortable you can sit by the stage the next time. My girlfriend has already made me aware that she would like to do that the next time we go to Mario's. Mario's is a place where both singles and couples alike can enjoy themselves and feel relaxed. That, combined with the fact that they had a very large number of very attractive women, makes it a great place to visit. We went on a night when there was no headline act and probably will do so again. Just because headline acts often bring very large crowds. For us it's better to have a decent sized crowd but not to the point where it seems cramped.
