Alright, so it was a Monday....

Alright, so it was a Monday. And yes, it was raining. But the advertisements say the dancers start at noon. I got there at 12:15, had a beer and a bowl of soup (excellent Clam Chowder), and by 12:50 the stage was still not lit up. Turns out only 1 dancer had shown up and they were trying to get others before they started the routine.

This has happened at other clubs I've been at, so it's not unknown in the industry - but it is unappreciated.
