Similar to an earlier reviewer, I paid a visit to both Pony and Gold Club the same week. I would have to say I prefer Pony, but there are pluses and minuses to both.

The Gold Club is alot darker than the Pony club. Also, I don't know if we were there too early or what, but the girls didn't come around for nearly an hour. I was ready to leave and give the club a 3, but eventually, several girls did come around. It's alot seedier but the music is better. Some of the girls there seem only to be there to amuse themselves. There was a table up front where they had liquor bottles which some of the girls partook of. You are somewhat discouraged to tip there, since there were some that tip like 20 $1 bills at one time on the stage. For people that just want to tip a $1, you seem like a real cheap bastard. I prefer to spend money on lap dances, though. I would have to say (after I finally started getting them) that the lap dances are better here than the Pony. The prices vary also according to the girl. From what I gathered, it is $30 a dance, but one girl said she would charge $20 a dance if you get a couple of them. The VIP rooms are much better. Maybe even more private with comfortable couches. Lots of 2-way touching in both clubs, maybe more so in this one. It appears though that alot of the girls didn't come around much because they cater to regulars and locals. But eventually they did, so I guess it also depends on what time you arrive.

Overall, I would say Gold Club is seedier and the girls can be more indifferent, but the lap dances are generally better. Girls are fairly hot in both clubs, but I would say Pony has slightly better looking ones, at least you can see them better. I wouldn't say necessarily that the girls are whiter at the Pony, but the other reviewer may have said that since you can see them better there. The Pony is brighter and the girls are somewhat better looking, but the lap dances are more expensive. There's also definitely alot more hustling at the Pony. But I would say you could have a pretty decent time at either club if you have the money. The best in the state, albeit not quite what you're used to at the PP.
