This place used to be called...
This place used to be called Excaliber, but closed down under that name some time ago. I arrived at X at 7:20PM, Monday, August 13, 2007. There was noone setting at the entrance to take cover charges, so apparently I came in at the right time and saved $5 or $10 whichever is the correct fee.
I went directly to the bar and ordered a Red Bull. Looking around I noticed only 3 other customers and about 4 dancers, ranging in appearances from 7 to 8. Later on the club started filling up to about 12 customers and about 3 more dancers.
The club is upscale, about 5000 sq. feet, having two stages with poles, chairs around the stages, and plenty of tables and comfort chairs. The bar seats about 20 people. The club has two lap dance rooms, one called 'Private Dance Room' which sits behind the bar, has long cushioned benches and a curtain dividing it off into two sections. This is where you pay $25 per LD. The other lap dance room is called 'VIP Room' or champaigne room, behind closed doors, very richly & nicely decorated, having individual curtained off booths with a table and couch in each booth. This is where you pay $35 per LD or $90 for 3 LDs. This room affords much more privacy, but security walks into the room and peeks in two or three times per dance. No cameras were observed.
