No, it is not an escort service. No, it is not a strip club. Like Spicedel said, it is a lingerie/lotion/jack shack. Call it any one of those things. The girl who greeted me was not especially attractive. I did not enjoy myself here and I left quite frustrated. The problem with places like this is you have to commit big bucks in advance, and physical contact is far from certain.
