Just got back from the Paramount...

Just got back from the Paramount in New West BC as I am visiting friends in Surrey and was driving around looking for a place. I have wanted to check out this place for awhile and by fluke found it (Actually VERY easy to find and lots of free parking around when I went).

The building is an old theater and well lit up on the outside but still took a quick sec to find the correct entry door. There is a guy in the old ticket window who meets you at the door and asks if you have been there before if not he fills you in on what to expect so this my entry conversation.

It is $10 to get in, there is no alcohol, it is non stop dancers on the main stage, there are VIP booths for private shows which are $25 (They are located half way between the entrance and the main stage so you get a taste when you walk by to entice you), you have to buy one drink (like water, red bull, coke, etc), The door person gives you a ticket that you must give the waitress to prove you paid to get in, and then he said have fun.

I sat down in a booth that was on the side half way between the booths and the main stage and the view was okay but the view from front row looked great but they have these brutal stools to sit on.

The waitress came over asked for my ticket and my drink order (She was nice a friendly but not supper happy). I had a red bull and it was $5 or $6 I can't remember but they brought it to me in a glass with ice which was different for other strip clubs and bars.
