Centerfold's was an old favorite club...

Centerfold's was an old favorite club of mine from 2000-2001, and I went back again earlier this week. The club didn't seem to be what it once was from a popularity point of view, but I still had an amazing time and highly recommend it.

Spent time with two dancers, Maria and Serenity, who both left me with big smiles on my face (the kind of smile where you usually call it a night after the first time). How often do you hit two home runs in one night?

Perhaps the most unbelievable part of the story is this - shortly after entering the club, my money clip (with $400 + credit cards) dropped out of my wallet and onto the floor. I went upstairs with the first dancer not knowing this. Then, when I realize it, I go downstairs and it turns out a dancer turned it in to the manager with all the money and credit cards still intact, and they immediately handed it over to me. I couldn't believe it. I tipped the dancer (Serenity) $60 and the manager $20 in appreciation, though they didn't ask for anything. It turns out that Serenity believed in karma, and was a nice, honest dancer. How often do you run into those? Later that night, Serenity would get what was left of my money after a mind-blowing half hour right before the club closed. Thus my high rating!
