I keep thinking this place has unrealized potential. There are usually plenty of really good looking dancers working, at least two dancing at a time, sometimes three, rotating around the large stage which pretty much takes up all the inside area the bar. After their sets (which seem to last forever when the do three songs) they circulate putside the bar for tips and give you a pretty low key pitch for a lap dance. There are two levels of private dances - "Regular" is $20 in a large narrow room with several couches. The High Test dance for $30 is in a private room with the door closed. If you choose wisely and opt for the private room you can go home happy. The only time I went for the $20 version I was disappointed. Maybe after the election the heat in Philly will cool and girls will be allowed a little more liberty. But for now you've got to really do some careful shopping to find a keeper.
