Doesn't live up to the Scores...

Doesn't live up to the Scores hype, IMO. (I've never been to the NYC club either, so I can't say how it compares.) First, the pluses: it's clean and well-appointed, and most of the talent that I saw, and there seemed to be a lot on hand for a Tuesday, was smokin' hot. Now, the negatives:

- It's in a crappy part of town (but what in Baltimore isn't). Parking is almost non-existent, and the streets around the club are all one-way. You're almost sure to get stuck using the valet service, and who knows what kind of scary place your car will end up.

- The club is surprisingly small. There's a big upstairs are for private parties, but the downstairs area, where most average Joes will spend their time & cash, is small and crammed with chairs that don't have a good view of the stage. The one upside to the tall, narrow layout is that dancers enter down a 3-story staircase that makes for some drama in their routines.
