Visited on a recent trip to San Diego. Very easy to get to the border. Park in one of the lots on the U.S. side and walk across. Pick any cab and tell them to go to Adelitas. They all know the way. There are lots of bars/clubs in the general area, but Adelitas has the most. Once inside, there will be 100+ guys and about 50 girls. There is no stripping, rather it is more like a high school dance with the guys checking out the girls. Once you decide on a girl, she will lead you out of the club and upstairs to a short stay hotel. For $60, everything is included. If the girl looks too good to be true, she is. Try out one with a few extra pounds or a few miles on her and you will be looking for every excuse to go back to San Diego.
