Jaguars is trying to upgrade the club with various renovations: the waitresses now wear matching outfits, better seating, improved floor plan, etc. All this is fine and is an attempt to offset the loss of business and dancers caused by stricter rules enforced by the club. Maybe the stricter rules are in anticipation of the "6-ft rule" that passed. There are law suits by some clubs to overturn the rule which is to be enforced in the near future.

I was there Saturday night and there was a pretty big crowd, but smaller than in the past. I was in the vip room with a dancer who was sitting across my lap sideways prior to dancing. Amazingly, a bouncer comes through with a flash light and tells her "both feet on the floor". He proceeded to go to each couch with the flashlight. This guy, Willie I think, ironically has tried to hustle every girl I know at Jags.

But my main point is that the attempt to upgrade the club will be largely futile as long as bouncer goons enforce rules that make the dancers less creative compared with other clubs. The customers are there for fun dances not for a better floor plan. Eventually, the customers will go somewhere where they don't have to deal with prowling dance police and the dancers will follow. I know several excellent jag dancers who have already fled to red parrot and zebra.
