I did a walking tour of the Block in early June, and sampled the wares at several clubs. I finished up here, and I do mean finished up. The place is a smoky dive. The minute you get in the door, there's someone there to proposition you, get you to buy drinks. The dancers were very average girls, some with a little age. The dancing was more like posing to loud music. There's no real talent apparent on stage. Don't come here to get turned on by sexy dancing. This one cougar approached me and was all over me. I bought her a drink to repay her for the free feels and gropes, and we talked a while. I guess I'd had a few beers, and I went on to close a deal with her to go in the back room. If I had it to do over, I wouldn't, but I can't complain about her. She was enthusiastic and delivered as promised. My sense of the Block is that you can get just about anything you want if you hang out for a while and talk to a few girls. I think next time, though, I'll stick to the classier clubs (Hustler?) rather than worrying about sticking to the furniture.
