Visited here on a Monday night. It's located in a strip mall just outside downtown Binghamton. The neighborhood is safe and parking seemed ok. Got there about 7:30 and there were maybe 8 dancers and 6 customers. By 10:30 when I left there were the same number of girls and maybe 20 customers. This place is topless (pastie) and serves alcohol. The girls will do dollar dances at your chair. There is no private or VIP area. However, there is a sister bar, Tzer's, located further down the mall that is all nude, no alcohol. They have no dancers Mon or Tues but you can take your choice of girl from Madame's the short walk down the side walk for privates at Tzers. If the Thai restaurant is still open, you may get some interesting looks when you pass their window. The house gets $20 per dance and the girls look to get the same making it $40 per. They will negotiate on their "tip", especially if you are doing multiples, but the $20 to the house makes it expensive especially considering you are in the middle of nowhere. It seems most of the clubs in the area operate the same way. I think the girls would do much better and the house as well if the house lowered their take. The dancers ranged from 5-7. Nothing exceptionally good or bad but maybe that was because it was a monday night. The stage shows were ok and all the girls were reasonably friendly. I wound up taking two different girls to the VIP. Both experiences were nice but not great. No extras were offered, contact was 2 way except no petting the kitty. Overall not a bad way to kill 3 hours, but not a place I would drive out of my way for.
