Went on a Tuesday night (closed on Mondays!), there were about 8 girls dancing, mixed ethnicity and scale (5-8, in my book). Girls weren't too pushy at all, just friendly, making themselves "available". I offered to buy drinks for two different ladies, but they both said no thanks, though they stayed to chat me up. The bartender was also nice -- make sure to ask for one of their (ridiculously cold, nearly frozen) bottled beers: you'll get a tasty treat when she bends over to get your frosty one from the fridge. As with other Durham clubs, tipping is at the side of the stage for some brief stage-side contact. This seems to be necessary to get that certain someone to take notice of you and invite you to the VIP. Most guys see, to only tip a dollar or two, so being liberal here with a few paltry extra $1's gets you some after-dance friendliness.

The private and secluded VIP room is definitely worth a visit with your favorite lady. What a fantastic setup, I wish every club had this great idea (if you haven't read the other reviews, the private dances are up the stairs on the second floor, in a mirrored room with 3 or 4 very soft couches and a few dividers -- no bouncer, no DJ, nothing but you and your lady). It took me a song to discover that my girl would let me do as much with my hands and mouth (and tongue and teeth) as I wanted. She was very willing to please. I hung out for awhile after the VIP, and considered a return trip, but decided to instead give the other Durham club a try (Teaser's Mens Club) -- total waste of time, shoulda stayed at Diamond Girls!
