Daytime visit would rate a "10"...

Daytime visit would rate a "10" but nighttime visit would be "5" so the overall rating is a compromise. The dancers are mostly attractive, the waitstaff is not as pushy as they used to be, and in the daytime, several of the dancers are quite accommodating. During the evening, it seemed more a waste of time. I do think the crowd is growing here, and it must have to do with the restrictions coming for the clubs inside El Paso city limits. The Red Parrot stands to profit from those restrictions.
